As the political, cultural, economic and `environmental stresses of the world change, there is a unique opportunity to participate and shape the future of the building industry. Modular building will increasingly gain market share as they become recognized as higher quality and higher performing products versus traditionally built structures; and as economies of scale are achieved these benefits are achieved for lower cost. Not all building types or sectors are viable in today's marketplace, but two markets which have are viable candidates and solutions developed are "ambulatory healthcare" and the residential market places.
